As expected, vivo unveiled its V80 Lite in Malaysia, and the phone’s major selling point is its gargantuan 10,000 mAh Si-C battery. Fair warning this is a different phone from the V80 Lite that launched last week in India.
Apart from the larger battery, the international V80 Lite brings a Dimensity 7300e chipset, which is fabbed on a 6nm process instead of the 4nm Dimensity 7360 Turbo found on the Indian variant.
Back to the 10,000 mAh battery. According to vivo’s claims, you can expect up to 30 hours of video playback and impressive feats like 64 hours of talk time and 14 hours of gaming. It also features 4th-generation silicon carbon anode tech, which delivers more reliable performance in extreme cold and heat. As for charging, you get 44W wired speeds.

In terms of cameras, you get the same 50MP main shooter (IMX 852) on the back alongside a 2MP depth sensor. The front-facing camera offers 50MP resolution. The phone is IP69 rated and boots OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.
V80 Lite comes in pink, green and black colors. It starts at MYR 1,399 ($346) for the 6/128GB trim and goes up to MYR 1,899 ($470) for the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage version.
